Hello! 😊 It's good to be back writing again for all of you. How was your weekends? Mine is boring plus its raining outside though I love this kind of weather. Anyway, let's talk about foundations and its my first time that I have reviewed a foundation which I use . Many years ago, I used whatever I had back then. I didn't mind if its for the best for a combination skin type like me. But when I had a breakouts I became aware what I used. So today, I use two types of foundations that suits me well.

First one is Mary Kay Timewise matte-wear liquid foundation, I have been using this for almost a year now. It's only available through your trusted Mary Kay beauty consultant, it is very suitable for sensitive skin. It's oil free and non - comedogenic contents makes your skin flawless after application and will visibly reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, it's a matte finish! The shade I got somewhat suits me (beige 2) and I like the quality of this product.

The second one is Avon True Color Flawless Foundation, early 2017 Avon revamped their True Color Make up collection with a new look and new products. One of the changes was converting Avon Ideal Flawless Liquid Foundation to Avon True Color Flawless Foundation. It has the same great Invisiblend Technology with true color guarantee.

I'm using medium beige shade just recently and so far I like it. This particular foundation claims to "look and feel 100% natural" now I have been trialing this foundation for a little over a week now and I have literally fallen in love with this product. It gives my skin lovely and flawless glow of which I love, it did not take away the natural appeal of my skin.

To be honest I'm not a fan of any direct-selling brand when it comes to make up, maybe because I don't see the brand in the mainstream. And the most important part, it's hard choosing your shade in a catalog because most of them don't have testers for you to see or for you to try, but everything change when I use these two products.

Both products work  amazing in my experience. They are both fragrance free if you have issues with scented make ups this is for you.

DISCLAIMER: It is my own honest opinion based on personal experiences. I am not a beauty expert/professional. I am just someone who loves to write.

Remember that we all have different skin types or may react to certain products. What works for me, may not work for you. It's better to check the product first if it suits you well and discontinue use when causes you irritation.

Happy Blogging! Xoxo 💋

Hello Bloggers! Today I am reviewing a face scrub from one of my favorite brands St. Ives. This is the St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub. At first glance, you may feel that the exfoliating particles may be too rough or harsh but the scrub does an excellent job of exfoliating. It's not rough on the skin though- not like some scrubs where your face kind of feels like it's burning after. The cream with apricot extract that binds these particles together is quite hydrating and leaves the skin so soft! I am really surprised and happy with the results.

The directions specify that this product should be used 3 to 4 times a week but I think it might be too much, I just use it twice a week (evening). This work well for me, keeping my skin looking fresh and bright but may be a bit harsh for people with a sensitive skin.

I must admit that it has impressed me. My skin always feels soft and smooth even until the next day. I've been using it for over a year already. Let me tell you, I still can't get enough of it! It's supposed to be a facial scrub but I don't mind using it all over my body. Haha!

Remember that we all have different skin types or may react differently to certain products. What works for me, may not work for you. It's better to check the product first if it suits you well and discontinue use when causes you irritation.

Have you ever tried St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub? Share it here with me!
Happy blogging! xoxo..

Hello bloggers!! When I go out with friends mostly we end up eating in a restaurant or in a fast food chain. That's all we do after do the shopping or window shopping and I guess we've been tried all different eating places here in our city. This time, my friend and I took a lunch of this little cafe and bakery called Tedts! Actually I thought it was just for snacks but it came's out that they served lunch too. The place is good for little chitchat and the ambiance was so relaxing, plus you wouldn't wait for an hour.

Their cupcakes, good God their cupcakes was too good to be true. They have different flavor actually, but we choose the mango one. I have a thing with the avocado shake btw! (my favorite). Spaghetti carbonara, is one of my favorite pasta and it's a definitely have a good sauce, creamy one. I think everybody love's lasagna so do I, it was good actually same as Carbonara. Now, let's go to our lunch! We ordered, two cups of rice, fish fillet and "nilagang baka" or tender boiled beef soup, Filipino love to sup hot soup at noon specially when it's raining. I have to be honest and say carbs don't bother me, to me what's important is the taste. the texture and does it fill me up.

I hope to talk about food that I will eat on future travels and perhaps reminisce on food that I have had when I was away before.

I hope you've enjoyed today's post! Xoxo!
